ORDER/RETURN POLICY
Summary: if you aren’t 100% happy with any item of clothing, simply exchange it! NO REFUNDS accepted! STORE CREDIT ONLY!
Time Frame: items must be received back to our store no later than 8 days from the date you received your order. Be sure to plan days for transit time.
The Catch: items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition; this includes make-up stains from trying clothes on.
The Exceptions: Items in the "Sale" section, anything discounted, shoes, jewelry, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories, swimwear and undergarments are final and cannot be exchanged.
Defective Items: If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email through your account within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
Cancellations: In-store credit only. No exceptions.
Refund Type: In-store credit only. Please allow 10 business days to credit your Twisted Chandelier account from the date we receive your return.
Overview: Returns sent in that do not meet the above criteria are subject to $8.95 shipping + $10 handling fee to be returned to you.
Tracking numbers are recommended when shipping back your returns; we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
EXCHANGES
We can’t guarantee an item will be in stock by the time we receive your return. As a result, we recommend you purchase whatever else you like right away.
